Seven units of the Dublin Fire Brigade have brought a blaze in Aungier Street in Dublin under control.
An investigation is under way into the fire, which is believed to have caused extensive damage to the commercial building.
The fire broke out at around 11.15pm last night and was brought under control at around 3am this morning.
Nearby pubs, clubs and residential buildings were evacuated but there are no reports of any injuries.
