Up to new 250 jobs will be created with the opening of a new innovation centre in Co Cork.
Business outsourcing company Abtran is developing its existing facility in Bishopstown.
Abtran currently employs 600 people in Ireland.
Some of its customers include private companies and government and semi-state organisations.
The new jobs are being advertised immediately and are for third-level graduates across a range of disciplines.
