At least 13 people were killed and five others were injured in an explosion in a village in China's central Henan.
Officials said that the blast happened in Donggancheng village in the early hours of the morning.
Initial investigations showed that explosives intended for civilian use had exploded.
In 2006, the same village was hit by a deadly blast at a workshop that was illegally making detonators, which are often used in the country's coal mines.
Four died in that accident.
