Train services between Dublin and Belfast have returned to normal after a suspension earlier this evening.
A man was struck and fatally injured by the 4.50pm Dublin Connolly to Belfast train.
The collision occured on the Dundalk side of the Drogheda viaduct.
Emergency services attended at the scene.
