A Zimbabwe court has overturned a police ban on the opposition's main pre-election rally ahead of next week's presidential run-off.
The Movement for Democratic Change rally is scheduled to be held tomorrow.
The rally is the opposition's main event ahead of next Friday's presidential run-off pitting veteran ruler Robert Mugabe against MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai.
Meanwhile, a South African minister and an adviser to President Thabo Mbeki have travelled to Zimbabwe as part of mediation efforts ahead of next week's run-off vote.
The visit comes with President Mbeki reportedly seeking to have the 27 June run-off cancelled in favour of holding talks on forming a national unity government.
