Flights into Dublin Airport were delayed today because of ongoing technical issues.
The Irish Aviation Authority was trying to ascertain why the air traffic control equipment in question ceased to function effectively on Wednesday night.
There were restrictions on the numbers of landings at the airport for part of the day.
The DAA advised intending passengers to contact their airlines if they need more information.
