A Galway-based photographer has been found dead with head injuries in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
The body of Trent Keegan was found in a drainage trench near the main highway that runs through the capital.
Mr Keegan was originally from New Zealand. He had worked for several Irish newspapers and magazines, and had won awards from the Irish Professional Photographers Association.

A spokesman for the Department of Foreign Affairs said the Irish Honorary Consul in Nairobi is offering help to Mr Keegan's family.
