Zimbabwe opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai has rejected the idea of a national unity government and vowed to defeat veteran President Robert Mugabe in an upcoming presidential run-off poll.
Mr Tsvangirai arrived back to Zimbabwe today after leaving more than six weeks ago.
He has been travelling abroad on a diplomatic drive to pressure Mr Mugabe to surrender power following a 29 March presidential poll, which he says he won outright.
But Zimbabwe's electoral commission says he did not get enough votes for a straight victory and must face Mr Mugabe in a 27 June runoff.
Last week, Mr Tsvangirai's Movement for Democratic Change party warned of a military intelligence assassination plot against him.
The government dismissed the plot as a propaganda stunt.
