A 66-year-old woman has died in hospital after a two-car collision in Co Waterford yesterday evening.
The accident happened at about 6pm on the N25 at Ballyduff West, Kilmeaden.
It involved two cars that were travelling in opposite directions.
The woman was a front seat passenger in one of the cars.
She was taken with serious injuries to Waterford Regional Hospital, where she later died.
The driver in the car she was travelling in and the sole occupant of the other car were not injured.
Gardaí at Kilmeaden are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
