An 21-year-old woman has been killed in a road collision in Co Antrim.  

Caoimhe Delargy, from Glenhurst Gardens off the Antrim Road in north Belfast, was killed when her car crashed on the northbound lane of the M2 motorway, close to Ballymena.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

She was the 24th person to die on roads in the Northern Ireland this year.

The PSNI has appealed for information about the collision.
