A car with a body inside was found submerged in Ros an Mhíl harbour in Galway at around 4pm today.
The body was recovered by the garda water unit which had been searching for missing Dublin schoolteacher, Roseanne Kenny.
She has been missing for about two months.
Gardaí removed the car from the water by crane.
The body has been taken to University College Hospital, Galway for identification.
