The Environmental Protection Agency has announced it will be holding an oral hearing into the granting of a waste disposal licence to the operators of the planned Poolbeg Incinerator.
An Bord Pleanála have given planning permission but the controversial incinerator needs a waste licence to open.
The EPA hearing will be held 14 April in the Gresham Hotel to hear a total of 14 objections.
The incinerator also needs to get a licence from the energy regulator to sell electricity generated from the incineration process.
