A group campaigning for the retention and development of cancer services in Donegal and the northwest met Northern Ireland Minister for Health Michael McGimpsey at Stormont this afternoon.
The delegation was representing the Cooperating for Cancer Care NorthWest group.
Spokesperson Noelle Duddy says the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the provision of cancer services in region with particular emphasis on exploring the potential of providing a Cross Border Satellite Radiation Unit for the people of the northwest.
