Toxicology test after Waterford death

The toxicology test results on the body of a man who died in Waterford over the weekend are not expected for several weeks.

23-year-old Stephen Carbery's body was found at a house in the Shortcourse area of Waterford.

Gardaí say it may take up to 48 days for full results.

Two people were arrested in connection with the house party at which Mr Carbery's body was found. One remains in custody while the other has been released.

Gardaí say Mr Carbery's death is not being treated as suspicious and are unable to say whether drugs were a contributory factor in his death.
