Enterprise Ireland is to invest €4m in Norkom Technologies, creating 111 new jobs in Dublin.
70 of these jobs will be in research and development.
Norkom supplies software to global financial services companies to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud.
The company employs 295 people globally with 136 based at the Dublin headquarters.
Its software is used in 100 countries around the world.
The company is one of Enterprise Ireland's 'scaling' clients, which are small and medium sized enterprises that it has identified as having particularly strong potential for rapid and significant growth.
