A 20-year-old woman from Co Meath has become the second victim of last week's car crash in the Australian city of Perth.
Kiara Duncan died in hospital on Saturday night.
She had been on life support since Wednesday night's accident, which also claimed the life of 20-year-old Irish man Colm Reilly.
They were both travelling in a car that crashed through a central barrier and crossed to the wrong side of the road before colliding with another vehicle in the northeastern suburb of Bedford.
Three other Irish people, two women and a man, aged between 19 and 25, were treated for serious injuries following the crash.
The driver of the second car, a 64-year-old woman, was also injured.
