James Street in Dublin has reopened following its earlier closure due to a fire in a building.
Two units of the Dublin Fire Brigade attended the fire.
It is not thought anyone was inside the derelict building, but the premises were searched.
Luas services were disrupted for a time earlier but are now running normally.
