Police in Britain closed a section of motorway in northwest England following reports of a suspicious package on a coach.
A section of the M62 was closed following a disturbance on a coach from Liverpool to Manchester at 7.20am.
Merseyside police arrested a passenger after the coach driver reported that he had been acting suspiciously.
Army bomb disposal officers were called in to examine the passenger's bag and the coach.
The package has since been declared safe.
The westbound carriageway has now reopened to traffic but the eastbound carriageway remains closed as officers attempt to remove the broken-down coach.
