Five new hotels are to be built in Northern Ireland in a £50m investment programme.
The development will create 200 new jobs and an additional 500 bedrooms.
Work on the first hotel at King Street, close to Belfast city centre, is due to begin in the next few weeks.
All five hotels will be operated by Andras House, which already runs a number of hotels.
The new ones will be the first in Northern Ireland under the French-owned IBIS brand.
Andras House chairman, Lord Diljit Rana, said he believed the future for tourism in Northern Ireland is excellent, especially now local politicians are back in government and in a position to help create the conditions in which investment in the industry's infrastructure will flourish.
