A bench warrant has been issued for one of the men previously accused of unlawful carnal knowledge, before the Supreme Court ruling on the unconstitutionality of the legislation last year
The court was told that the man, known as 'Mr G', had not been residing at his bail address for a number of weeks and had failed to sign on at a garda station, as required by his bail conditions.
A lawyer for the defence said he had received no instructions from the man, who did not appear in court today.
Mr G is due to stand trial on new charges next January.
