European Union foreign policy chief, Javier Solana has said he is optimistic about his impending talks with Iran on its nuclear activity.
However, he said he did not expect any major developments.
Mr Solana was speaking before starting another round of exploratory talks with Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, in Lisbon.
