The US space shuttle, Atlantis, docked at the International Space Station this evening to resume construction of the outpost and deliver a new crew member.
The shuttle, which was launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida on Friday, docked with the $100 billion half-finished orbital outpost, 354km over the western Pacific Ocean.
