Gardaí in Wexford are investigating a fire at a vacant house in Ardcavan, just outside Wexford town.
The alarm was raised shortly before midnight. Three fire engines were at the scene.
There have been no reports of any injuries or fatalities.
The scene has been preserved pending technical examination today.
