The father of the missing toddler, Madeleine McCann, has arrived back in Britain for his first visit home since she was abducted 18 days ago.
Gerry McCann will use his trip to meet organisers of the Find Madeleine fund and attend to personal matters, before returning to Portugal.
Madeleine's mother, Kate, and her two siblings remain in the Algarve in southern Portugal, which the family has said will be its base for the foreseeable future.
Four-year-old Madeleine vanished from a hotel room at a resort at Praia da Luz on 3 May while her parents dined at a nearby restaurant.
