Homes were damaged in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim, last night after what was described as a mini-tornado swept through part of the town.
Roof tiles were blown off buildings and cars tossed about as very strong winds hit the area around 9pm.
One man was said to have needed hospital treatment although his injuries were not serious.
