A suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest has killed more than 20 people at a funeral in a town north of Baghdad.
Police said that 35 more were wounded.
They said that they expect the death toll to rise.
The attack, inside a tent where mourners were gathering, took place in Khalis, a town in volatile Diyala province.
