Former minister Michael Lowry has said he has reached a financial agreement with the Revenue Commissioners to conclude all outstanding matters in respect of his company, Garuda Limited, and himself.
He has confirmed that he has paid almost €1.5m, which includes punitive penalties and interest.
The Tipperary TD also confirmed that he would not face prosecution by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
