Cadbury have recalled some of their Easter egg products because their packaging does not carry a warning that they may contain traces of nuts.
The recalled products include mini creme eggs as well as a selection of the company's larger Easter eggs.
The products themselves do not contain nuts, but they were manufactured on machinery that was used for products containing nuts, and as such should have had warnings on the packing.
The company says that the products are perfectly safe for people without nut allergies to eat.
Cadbury has not yet put a value on the cost of the recall.
The Irish Anaphylaxis Campaign, which represents people with food allergies, has said that Cadbury acted responsibly in withdrawing the products.
