The Donegal publican Frank McBrearty Jnr has walked out of the Morris Tribunal for the fourth time.
Mr McBrearty walked out during cross-examination by a solicitor representing a garda who questioned him when he was arrested in connection with the death of Mr Richie Barron.
Mr McBrearty threatened to walk out several times during the examination, saying he was being accused of murder.
The tribunal chairman said he would allow Mr McBrearty continue if he returns to the tribunal tomorrow morning.
