The funeral arrangements for the former US President, Gerald Ford, have been announced.
Mr Ford died on Tuesday at the age of 93.
A private funeral service for family and close friends is scheduled for tomorrow at the Episcopal Church in Palm Desert, California, which Mr Ford and his wife Betty attended for the past three decades.
On Saturday, his remains will be flown to Washington, where the coffin will lie in state before a state funeral next week.
The coffin will then be flown to Michigan where Mr Ford grew up.
