At least 47 people, including 17 children, have been killed after a bus crashed on a mountain road in Ecuador.
The accident happened near the village of Papallacta, 45km from the capital, Quito.
A further five children are in hospital with injuries.
It is understood driver lost control of the bus and crashed into a wall on a steep winding road.
The victims are believed to be members of the same extended family who had rented a bus for a trip.
