750 new jobs are to be created with the construction of a new €130 million retail centre in Arklow, Co Wicklow.
The owners of the Bridgewater Centre said the development - comprising commercial, residential, leisure and office space - would open in Autumn 2007.
Michael Allen from North Quay Developments said the scheme would be of significant benefit to the southeast region.
