The Crown Prosecution Service in England and Wales has announced that no individual police officers will be charged in connection with the killing in London of an innocent Brazilian man who was mistaken for a suicide bomber in July last year.
27-year-old Jean Charles de Menezes was shot by Scotland Yard officers on an underground train.
However, London's Metropolitan Police is to be prosecuted over his death under health and safety law.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission had asked the CPS to consider cases against three officers.
