A Polish crewman has died in an accident on a Cypriot vessel off the Irish Sea.
Two other crewmen, also Polish, have been airlifted to Kerry General Hospital in Tralee to be treated for multiple fractures.
The accident happened yesterday morning when the vessel broke down around 200 miles off the south west coast.
Whilst repairing the vessel, the crew carried out a training exercise but three people were thrown overboard.
All three were rescued but one later died of his injuries.
An RAF helicopter from north Devon carried the two injured to Tralee.
The body of the deceased man stayed onboard the vessel, which is continuing to Ohio in the United States.
