At least seven people have been killed in separate attacks in the Iraqi cities of Baquba and Baghdad.
In Baquba, north of Baghdad, gunmen killed one man and wounded another in a gun attack on a bakery. Insurgents then killed three policemen and wounded five others in a subsequent bombing of the same site.
Meanwhile, three people were killed and four wounded in a series of attacks in the capital.
Three men standing at a meeting point for people looking for day-to-day work in west Baghdad died when gunmen opened fire.
In the east of the city, two guards were wounded in a bomb blast at the Al-Kindi hospital and two civilians were injured after a roadside bombing of a police patrol.
And Iraqi police have discovered the body of a man they believe was killed as part of sectarian reprisals that have swept Iraq since the bombing of the Shia Al-Askari Shrine in February.
Today's violence follows the deaths of almost 50 people in various attacks yesterday.
