The Blarney Woollen Mills group has announced the creation of 120 jobs in a new shopping centre in Carrick-on-Suir, Co Tipperary.
The first phase of the Dove Hill Irish Centre is due to open over the summer months.
The Chief Executive of the Blarney group, Freda Hayes, said that as well as the job creation the centre would also create positive spin-offs for the local tourism industry.
The 6,225 square metre complex will feature retail units and cafés, with further phases of the development due to open in October and January.
