The number of patients affected by the winter vomiting bug at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin has increased to 159.
18 new cases were reported today.
In addition, 96 staff members are now out sick since the outbreak of the virus was confirmed last Wednesday.
The hospital is renewing its appeal to the public to avoid visiting the hospital and to stay away from the Accident & Emergency Department if symptoms are minor.
