At least 17 people have been killed in a series of bombings and attacks in Iraq.
Four Iraqi policemen were killed in the northern oil refinery town of Baiji when gunmen attacked their vehicle.
The men were en route to Kirkuk when they were attacked on a highway.
The incident came after a suicide attack outside a bank in Al-Jadida, south of Baghdad, which left six people dead.
A man detonated an explosives belt as people were waiting in line outside the bank to exchange food vouchers. 32 people were wounded in the bombing.
In Baquba, four men, three of them brothers, were shot dead by gunmen as they left home in the west of the city.
One of those killed was an official in the powerful Shi'ite political party, the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.
The mixed province has seen numerous sectarian-related shootings between the Sunni and Shi'ite population.
Meanwhile south of the capital, a roadside bomb killed two police officers in the town of Iskandiriyah.
And another policeman was killed and one wounded in a separate attack 80km south of Kirkuk, as a roadside bomb went off next to a police patrol.
