Andrews to represent FF in Dublin South East

Chris Andrews, son of former MEP Niall Andrews, has secured the nomination to represent Fianna Fáil in the constituency of Dublin South East in the next General Election.

He defeated other contenders, including Senator Mary White and Councillors Garry Keegan and Jim O'Callaghan, in tonight's selection convention.

Mr Andrews will be defending the Fianna Fáil seat held by Eoin Ryan, who is now in the European Parliament.
