Up to ten people have been reported killed after a building under construction collapsed in Kenya's capital, Nairobi.
At least 70 other people have been injured and many others are trapped under mounds of debris.
Rescue workers have been frantically digging by hand through piles of concrete, steel and wood in a bid to reach survivors.
There was no immediate word on the cause of the collapse.
Construction workers had been adding more floors when the building fell, and reporters said some of the concrete was still wet.
