Officials in Turkey have said test results show that the weekend death of a 14-year-old boy was not the result of bird flu.
The boy was admitted to hospital with flu-like symptoms.
The health ministry said three of his siblings, who were also taken ill, have also tested negative for the disease. Tests on two others have still not been returned.
Turkey lies on the path of migratory birds that are believed to spread the virus.
