14 people, including ten children, have been confirmed dead after a roof caved in on a swimming pool in Russia's Urals.
A further nine people are being treated for injuries in hospital.
The swimmers were buried in debris yesterday when metal supports holding up the roof at the 11-year-old pool in Chusovo collapsed.
The victims included a four-year-old boy.
Rescue work was carried out in difficult conditions in Chusovo which is over 1,000km east of Moscow. Workers had to bring in cranes to move the heavy concrete slabs of the roof.
