Publication of the Bus Éireann report into the crash which claimed the lives of five schoolgirls near Kentstown, Co Meath, has been further delayed.
It is understood that legal experts are still examining the report.
It has not yet gone to the board of Bus Éireann, nor to the families of the girls.
A spokesperson for the company said the report would be made available to the families as soon as possible. It is hoped the report will be ready within ten days.
The fatal accident occurred on the Navan to Kentstown Road in May 2005. Deirdre Scanlon, Claire McCluskey, Sinéad Ledwidge, Lisa Callan and Aimee McCabe lost their lives in the tragedy.
