Gardaí say there were only slight delays for motorists as they made their way to the National Ploughing Championships in Co Cork this morning.
And gardaí say there were no holdups on the road from Cork where long tailbacks were experienced yesterday.
Over 150,000 people are expected to visit the festival at Mogeely, near Midleton, which runs until tomorrow evening.
