The Palestinian militant group, Hamas, has released a videotape of a man who is said to be the fugitive bomb-maker wanted by Israel.
The man in the video identifies himself as Mohammed Deif and taunts Israel, saying it was humiliated by the pull-out from Gaza.
Appearing in profile and in silhouette, the man said Israel would suffer 'hell' for its withdrawal of forces from the occupied territories.
Israel blames Deif for the murder of dozens of its people in suicide bomb attacks.
