At least 22 killed in Iraq attacks

At least 22 people have been killed in a series of attacks in Iraq.

A suspected suicide car bombing in the capital, Baghdad, killed at least three people and wounded more than 30. The attack targeted a police convoy.

The blast came after gunmen killed ten Iraqi policemen across the capital.

Four Iraqi soldiers were killed in an explosion in Samarra, while a businessman and his wife were shot dead near Al-Dur.

Police and medics said three Shiite pilgrims were killed when gunmen opened fire on a minibus taking pilgrims to Iran. Eight others were wounded.
