Plans have been unveiled for the construction of a five-star hotel and golf complex at Kilmore Quay in Co Wexford.
The proposed development includes a conference centre and a marina.
The company behind the project, Seashore Leisure Ltd, has yet to secure planning permission but says it would generate 370 full-time jobs if given the go-ahead.
International golfer Ernie Els is to design the championship links golf course. The €170 million resort will also include an equestrian centre and a 350-bay marina.
