Three people have been killed after a Bahraini military helicopter plunged into the sea during an overnight training exercise.
The bodies of the pilot, co-pilot and a technician were found after the helicopter crashed in the territorial waters of the Gulf state.
Officials said that it is not yet known why the helicopter crashed.
In September 2003, an F-16 plane of the Bahraini air force also crashed during training in the north of the country.
