A plan by inmates at a prison in Iraq to escape has been foiled by the US army.
Camp Bucca holds around 6,000 unmates who had managed to dig a 600-foot long tunnel out of the prison.
No-one escaped, but suspicions were raised when clay was found in the prison's toilets.
The attempted jailbreak was described as extremely elaborate by a US army spokesperson.
131 suspected rebels arrested in Baghdad
Iraqi soldiers, backed by US soldiers, are reported to have arrested 131 suspected insurgents in a dawn raid in Baghdad.
Defence officials said those detained were from outside Iraq and had fake identification papers.
The officials added that three tonnes of explosives, hundreds of rocket-propelled grenade launchers and at least three prepared car bombs were also seized.
It is believed the explosives were destined for attacks in the city of Kerbala.
