The UN and donor agencies in Nepal say the conflict between security forces and Maoist rebels there has had a significant impact on some of the country's poorest people.
They have urged all the parties in the conflict not to block vital aid.
In a joint statement, they said lack of security, armed activity and blockades by rebels were pushing Nepal towards a humanitarian crisis.
